Freddie hey, yes I agree and we did crack 8 earlier ( I know its not great) however its better up than down at the moment.

That's why I posted the Barchart key as it did cheer me up and I hoped it did for other GGPERS as it looks like its on track and not nonsense, as one has already pointed out lol.

Personally I have never seen a 3rd support level so that's why I am thinking we will not drop to that level, but that's my opinion and others may think its about right and some may call it rubbish, but I have faith in this so I hope other do as well.

LA & Ben, hey, LA thanks for your post re NCM finance.

One question in my mind is, NCM need all the cash in hand to secure their future especially in their current financial predicament, as demonstrated in the latest annual accounts: i.e. "in a lot of turmoil for sure", especially looking at the accounts that are mainly Negative to say the least.

I remember many members here saying they would prefer to keep their company in more of a positive liquidity rather than taking additional higher dividends, so I ask why do NCM members prefer to increase dividends at a time when they should IMHO say, let their compony postpone dividends to help their company into a more positive position. Why grab at monies from the hand that feeds you putting them into more financial difficulties. ?????? Just do not understand it.

Hey all,
IMHO this is a dangerous thread and not good to read that may well put off new investors that are already a bit hesitant to buy into because of the fall in SP, and frighten off others into selling out.
As I say In my opinion there is no way this would or could happen and its pure speculation and there is NO evidence at all to suggest otherwise.
The sooner this thread ceases the better, as its doing GGP SP no favours whatsoever. Where has all the hope, belief and optimism gone ??
