Blue Star Helium Limited (“BNL” or “the Company”): Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Blue Star Helium (ACN: 009 230 835) requests an immediate trading

halt of the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising

by the Company.

It is expected the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on

Thursday 31 July 2025, or when the announcement regarding the capital raising by the Company is

released to the market.

Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Blue Star Helium Limited (‘BNL’) will be halted at the request of BNL, pending the

release of an announcement by BNL.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

x the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 31 July 2025; or

x the release of the announcement to the market.

BNL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Now I see a huge sell-off of shares due to fear of dilution.

But if someone is aiming for capitalization, they shouldn't be afraid.

Market Capitalisation of H1 should be about 200m when will we know the exact numbers from Colorado regarding the helium deposit and ESP in TZ .

Now we have 5.92 b of shares if they even add 5b of sheres SP 2p shouldn't be a problem.

When will the project be fully developed in the USA (30-40 wells) and Tanzania(48 wells) + more jv with BLN as Lorna said in an interview and other projects market capitalisation of H1 above 500m shouldn't be a problem.

Doesn't the law say that if HE1 announced that it is financing the amount of 4.5m for a joint project in USA with BLN . BLN they should announce that the joint project gets additional 4.5m as soon as possible ?
