They have used that terminology in previous reports… disappointing that they allowed the banks to be in a position to paralyse the project… we’d have shipped the stockpiles at peak rates and have a significant amount of cash in the accounts had the banks not delayed and now stalled everything…

Those are the loans that we (kdnc) provided directly to dev… that have now been capitalised into shares in pba as noted below… the loans to dev is now provided to dev by pba (not kdnc direct)… the 18% interest rate for the above guaranteed loans provided to dev by pba is pre-agreed and defined in the jrp…

Don’t actually need the 🔮 just keep reading the 3rd from last paragraph… with the knowledge that there’s several interested parties viewing the content of our amapa data room… it’s sounds pretty much like the same process that we’re going through… our next seed financing round also being priced at a fraction of the replacement costs to build such a world class complex comprising of the mine the railway and the port… from scratch…

Now with 30% ownership of both of those assets… we sit and wait… moan and groan… until we sink or swim… boom or bust… 🚀or 💥… hanwe…

Some of our other cash was used to fund sonora… when no-one else would take a second look… for drilling out the jv’s and production of the $2bn npv scoping study… as well as simultaneously bolstering up bcn’s sp to allow them to raise the funds to complete their pfs… when no-one else would take a second look…

…making less than 1/3rd of that… not really what an investment company is about imo…

we have a strong track record of shareholder returns since our first seed round @ $0.125m per 1% in december 2021… (last seed round in october 2022 @ $1.1m per 1%)… by your’s truly 😇 …

Daz… my understanding is that the environmental licensing is in progress already and is being funded by us… not the interested parties considering a project level jv/buyout…

I suspect the dfs will be priority over shifting the stockpiles for the banks… unless the prices recover to what they were when we could and should have been shifting them… 🤬

Well worth a listen as it does confirm amapa valuation is about $1m/1%… it’s actually about $1.1m/1% from the last transaction where we paid about $3.3m for 3%… ($110m 100%)… and at some point this year will be taking up the additional 3%…
