yes... over 4 months implies to me they repay the loan over 4 months... 1 2 3 4... rather than paying it off in 4 months... within 4 months... but agree that it will be paid when paid...

we’re lending the money to dev at 18%pa... 1.5%pm... we’re not borrowing it... dev are... it’s the same rate that we will be lending dev the $2.5m and $3.5m loans at... once the jrp conditions have been met...
$10m net profit shipping 60,000t of iron ore per month... for the next 4 months... it’s about 13,000t per week... $580,000 net profit per week... sent on 2 to 3 ship loads... every 2 months...

btw... dev isn’t our partner... it’s our future jv subsidiary company... if dev prospers from our investment(s)... it’s us that is ultimately prospering in the long run...

that bit must have been in the small print... unless the start up costs were included in the $2.5m sat in the jrp escrow account... now not able to be released until we get the settlement with the bank creditors...
dev is bankrupt... yes... under administration... but is about to start operating again... under the protection of the jrp... with our financial input... it’s a bitter pill to swallow... but with no other remedy... someone has to take it...

it’s early may now... settlement expected around 7th... then cash transfer into dev’s account... say by w/c monday 11th may... more mid may really... repayments starting around 11th june... means they must be generating some income before the july date noted for shifting the stockpiles...
