did they do the journey to the hill of la ventana… be nice to see some pics from there… i believe once you get to the peak it’s so spectacular you uncontrollably shout out… buenavista…
it does… but bacanora owns 10mining concessions area covering approximately 100,000ha in the northeast of sonora… this equates to ~43% of the 234,850ha in the defined lithium reserves zone…
they haven’t… as posted by ev earlier… it’s clear what they have done and where existing concessions stand in the decree… "the rights and obligations of the holders of mining concessions in force that are within the lithium mining reserve zone remain safe."… no if’s or but’s…
if you’re giving them the weekend off bannor… they better be in early on monday morning… just incase the president slips up and says something that needs an rns at 7am monday… you know what these politicians can be like… when stealing the thunder…
lol… it’s never over until it’s over ob… i should have said largest stake… not majority stake… so consolidating these would fit that requirement…
la ventana (msb)…
bcn 50%…
ganfeng 49.9%…
jv1 (mexilit) & jv2 (megalit)…
bcn 35%…
ganfeng 35%…
kdnc 30%…
bcn = litiomx…
things look to have moved on a lot since mexican lithium was nationalised… and how that nationalisation applies to existing concessions namely sonora… somewhat toned down from the initial scaremongering that’s just been repeated… i like the idea of mexico running it through the uk registered company bacanora lithium though… as i am sure all the project investors will…
you’re right though bannor… bacanora lithium is still the company running the sonora lithium project… albeit wholly owned by ganfeng at the moment… wonder if that’s what ganfeng will handover to mexico’s litiomx tomorrow… rather than just the bacanora shares in sll… the results the same…
