I do not disagree with the view on keeping lost making business, effect this franchise, is moving on to the main site,
the main point is commercial property value is not the same as it was a yer ago, no one wants this share to move north more than me.

Fastcar19, if you check out estate agents Lambert Smith Hampton web site , you will see 27 Boucher Road vauxhall dealership for sale is own by lookers plc , Boucher Road is the hub for the motor trade of Northern Ireland and this dealership has been on the market for a longtime.

I would agree, jail time Is needed, this company has been run by playboys with big egos who got carried away with the buniness, they spend more time on a program called NICE , about making the staff feel nice. Work less hours no targets , Even know Bruce and mcminn is away. There is still a culture and a few more need to go.

I did not say it was factored in the SP. but it's business plan for the year. The FCA have been reviewing the financial commissions over a year ago for the whole trade. It was in the press at that time. I was only making my views on here.

I would agree, and lookers have already months back put a fixed rate in place for all ages of car sales. This is not something new. Look have been beating this drum for a long time and been factored in there budgets

Well I believe they will reduce its dividend, I always believed in this company, I have lost all faith in the board, should have held on the parts business but sold it a couple of years back. This investigation by the FCA will cost big time. I am sick of hearing from the board ( right franchises in the right location). I am at a lost over what will happen. I have been. A share holder for over 20 years here. And this is the worst I have. Ever seen. And if they reduce the dividend I do not know what will happen
