We need the right person for the job, diversity is pointless if they’re poor at their job.
I want passion, experience, a track record and commitment from an individual, be it a women, man, a 18 year old Asian lad or a 23 year old girl from a Welsh Valleys town.
I want the best person for the role that has passion and drive, for the best technology company in Britain. I don’t have £100k invested in the stock market for all this gender balance waffle.
