It makes sense to at least one of the JV (Mali) to have the off take agreement in place before or at least the same time as the export permit.

It seems you’ve been in this stock more than most here, has the CEO expressed any thoughts if a buy out offer came in for their share might be? Don’t see that happening until they’re in production tho, if at all?

Thats why I think the off take agreement will come before the export permit. Unlike some here I believe the Mali government have their own interests to protect in this process which is understandable. There ais three in the relationship. Will Kodal be bought out at some point in the near future? but I don’t think anyone thought to ask that question during the Q&A session 🙏

Yes correct, we have a different approach.

IMO spod price may bottom around 650 to force out already under pressure producers and speed up the depletion of the lithium supply over hang. If that happens we could the lithium oversupply being brought down to normal some time in 2026 rather than 2027.

I’m not knocking the CEO but he’s taking his time getting this from explorer to producer which will force out those with weak hands at the very time they should be loading up. I’m back in this afternoon hence why I’ve posted today. I’m a patient guy so I’m happy at these price levels. Some of those sells in red aren’t sells either. 😁😉

What news did you think would pull the SP up once the CEO announced that they’d not be exporting till third quarter onwards? The CEO doesn’t point to SC being the main culprit in video when being asked about it. Without any news the SP will either tread water or fall further, really depends how low they want the SP at as they seem to have plenty of time till the third quarter is upon us …

The CEO created the problems at Kodal months ago when he told the markets he’d not be exporting till SOME time in the third quarter. Basically telegraphed the markets no important news till July onwards. The shorters would be rubbing the hands together in glee. Whilst the CEO seems a nice guy the markets don’t treat those types kindly. As I said months ago SC aren’t selling in any volume so shares are either being loaned out to short or sold by one or more of the bigger holders.

Sold my shares in 0.40’s after MR.Trump spooked the markets on his useless tariff ideas. Mr.Trump you see has created his own personal trade, TACO TRADE (Trump again chickens out). The markets no longer listens to him as they now he’ll flip flop on just about everything and not stick to any decision. Whether it be tariffs, Ukraine, Gaza, Iran or China he’ll change his mind some time after he announces any decision. Will re-enter Kodal shortly once I take my TACO trade profits…

If this payment is due then I’d expect an RNS stating that said payment has been made. I very much doubt anyone is expecting any mining licence to be transferred until the Mali government are in receipt of final payment outlined above. Communication seems to be Bernard’s achillies heel !

I disagree, investors would be taking up positions at these levels given what’s likely to be coming in the next few weeks. Given that the news is more than likely to be good then it’s in someone’s interest to get the price as low as possible to maximise any rise. I still don’t rule out a buy out so a lower SP could force through a lower sell price if that comes. Someone’s definitely playing some games here BUT they can’t hold it back for much longer. A re-rate will come once it becomes evident who’s been playing Kodal for the last few months. If SC where selling it’s no longer looks orderly to me so I’m no longer sure it’s them

Looks more and more like a classic short position here. Last time they managed to strangle the share price to below 0.30 over 12 months ago on positive news. Maybe one of the bigger investors has loaned out some shares to help drive the SP down. I’m not so sure SC are off loading shares at these levels. Given the price action a short would make more sense. ☹️ really doesn’t make any sense to see the share price at these levels given where they’re at. Even in the video Zac Mir and Bernard couldn’t see why the share price was where it’s at.

Yes I would agree that I’d have expected SB to have done due diligence and seen everything on the table before paying in 1.1p per share. BUT what they saw on paper now has to become reality, JB has to deliver SO he’s the risk here IMO 😂😂😂

The current SP is the market value. Any other value is speculative value based on xyz. Speculative value is why people invest on the stock market but not a certainty and never that simple without applying risk.

You can only assume JB at his word regarding dilution of which he’s repeatedly said won’t happen. This is where the risk gets factored in, will funding need dilution in the short term. So the question is do you believe JB comments or not. It’s your sell price that’s important not where is currently sitting and whether people still have faith in JB to deliver. If he dilutes then the markets will react badly and lose faith in him IMO

It seems to me that the assets are being re-assessed in order to secure funding. The valuation has changed over time so in Neo’s interest to re-assess on recent changes. Whom ever provides the funding needs to evaluate the risk against those assets and see a business plane how these funds are used to minimise future risk.

Don’t talk silly. Market doesn’t see this as the bargain some here think yet. Smashed through the 200 day MA. Markets can see those stop losses from this level so could move anywhere from here that it wants too. Disaster for you long term holders 😁
