The 620,000 and 330,000 look like sells to me, the rest look like buys. Looks like they may be running out of share to sell with what looks like some strong resistance around 0.30. More buyers than sellers in this range. Will turn once their share supply dries up 😁

It was a buy, I could have bought another 1,000,000 on the quote with my broker at 0.3128 less than an hour ago which doesn’t bode well for those supposed sells at the quoted price just gone through 😁

Does anyone have any evidence that Neo has anyone on site as I’ve seen nothing in regards to pictures etc. Words aren’t evidence anything is going on at the site. 😇

There’s no news on the immediate current horizon to drive the share price up hence the steady decline. Unless something comes from left field as they say in the short term then those of you left in will see it stagnant around these prices or lower. The situation in the Middle East only adds to any negativity…good luck as it could be along wait 😇

Update on Publication of Annual Financial Report and Suspension of Listing

The Company is pleased to provide an update on the Company's Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2025.

Following further engagement with the Company's external auditors, the Company has been informed that the audit process will not be finalised in time to publish the Annual Financial Report during the week of 16 February 2026, as previously communicated.

Consequently, the Company now expects that the Annual Financial Report will be released during the week commencing 23 February 2026, pending the completion of the auditors' internal review and final audit clearance.

The Board recognises the importance of timely financial reporting and sincerely apologises to shareholders for the need to change the anticipated publication date. This revised schedule is beyond the Company's control and follows notification from the external auditors regarding the additional time required to complete the audit and related internal processes.

The Company will keep shareholders informed and will issue a further announcement once the Annual Financial Report has been published and, where applicable, when trading will resume.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation for the patience and understanding shown by shareholders during this challenging time. The new management team is dedicated to establishing strong internal controls and processes, which will include several significant changes. These efforts aim to prevent future issues and enhance stability and reliability moving forward.

The two clowns in the interview said some time later in the year for S11.,remember before that it was Q1.,Those two clowns haven’t got a clue when the S11 Is coming so the easy option was be ambiguous with your words, hence why they’ve chose not to clarify those words in the interview since they where said. No, read the RNS again, it basically says weekly updates if timescales slip. The RNS is potentially a moving target !

There should be no timescales in an RNS they can’t guarantee or meet. Now if they tink padding the RNS with timescales then not meeting those timescales will p1ss investors off 😇

Beyond the sea.

Having read the RNS, one questions sticks out. Why give a two week timescale that morphs to in the month of February and then ends with weekly updates if the timescales slips. The RNS reads like a moving target . Why give any date you can’t guarantee as if you don’t meet those timescales mentioned then they make themselves look stupid and untrustworthy. Are people here investing in what looks like a moving target the RNS. If this saga drags on past two weeks-that’s going to p1ss people off, if it drags in March-that’s going to p1ss people off, why are they giving moving target timescales in the RNS they can’t guarantee they’ll meet 😂🤣😂🤣🤣

Try ROCKFIRE (ROCK.L) if you want a silver play. They’re currently test drilling the silver and in the recent RNS have found in the geology there could be gold too. They also have germanium. Research that one.

I would surmise there where quiet a few banks holding short in particularly on silver. Those banks likely need to get out of those shorts or some of those banks would have been in trouble. If would I’m reading is correct they where in the most part European banks

Gold and silver is real money, crypto is a ponzi scheme set up especially to keep people from buying precious metals as they normally would have in times past. It was another means to try to suppress certain precious metals prices.

Try buying silver at the moment as countries are adding it to strategic metals list and adding restrictions. Strong rumour last week the royal mint was running low on silver which has made buying bars and coins more difficult in the uk. Certainly the case on the site I used.

The crashbrakes didn’t kick in last week as they should have when silver price dropped, apparently there was a glitch. Fibonacci extension and retracement took place during that glitch in a matter of hours. It’s a crooked world we live as that would take a fair group of sovereign countries to achieve it in those timescales
