Why people would sell so close to permit news for as little as 8.50p when nearly everyone is in higher, is madness

The CEO has 3 million Invested and the permit from DEMIRS is just a "box ticking" process

I'd say GEX is simply under the radar but I don't think it, with Helium shares being all the rage and the TW garbage

The problem always is when the MCAP is already 25m and cash is needed then a placing is inevitable

The problem is they will need finance... probably a raise in January

Remember this "ratification" has NEVER been granted before. .. it was massive news!

If they had just released this;

That is the 1 positive as I expected it to be from February, but that just buys them more time.

Unfortunately there are very few here, apart from Hardolestation and 1 or 2 others who actually know what they have Invested in or what they are actually aiming to drill and where and timeframes etc.

Some derampers, who don't own obviously won't care and just type "wow you promised us December and now it won't be until March" when they don't know there are 2 drills being aimed at.

GEX have been fantastic with completing each part as they said they would.

My own thoughts are they should have had something more concrete in place before the IPO as regards permits etc.. but if AUS doesn't do it that way, then that was impossible.

As it is all the negative press and doubts let us buy in the 8s and we all know this will move alot higher when they mobilize for the drill, once the permit is granted.

You have 180k in pounds [you definitely don't as that total wasn't even purchased yesterday] and 180k shares is around 15k so if it goes to 20p you will have around 34k from your 15k [quick math so won't be accurate]... what are you renting out.. Wendy Houses??

I didn't expect a 2/3 month wait for definite approval at ☆☆ EPA155 Mt Winter☆☆ I must admit, which is why it was a muted level finish today, but that was me getting it wrong, as this was always the planned time scale.

Hamilton has laid out everything in detail and all boxes ticked in order. You can't fault him for that and he has 3 million Invested

Remember, they seem to get things done quick at DEMIRS and from my research, if all boxes have been ticked they don't refuse a permit

They needed CLC approval to start the permit application.

This is the drill that they have said will be in December and after a successful site visit, they have sent all the paperwork to DEMIRS [Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety]

We expect that permit in the next 5/7days
