Distressed, you may well be right, but the city and the TK are cut from the same cloth and the city wanted the Texan running a Bermuda based company out for its own greed agenda.
Its a bit like asking who we trust most out of the Arab states, TK had his own thing going on with these cheating so and so's and it has led to them wanting a like for like Chair and CEO to suit their own greed ambitions.
There is no need to go back to the past, they may well kick and scream if we installed a clean BoD's but they are no longer in a position they were in the early days, it may have been their oil but its our investment and now their debt.
Anyone that attended the court and heard what was going on came away with the conviction the Wempens were a pair of chancers and that TK was not much better, selling his holding without informing the market, private jets, lap dancers, the best hotels and all with our money not to mention the rewards given to himself.
Between £3-50-£4.
The courtcase victory would lead to a higher SP so we were lead to believe, I spoke with TK several times during the lunchbreak mainly about how the case was progressing, this was the period he was selling so I'm lead to believe but he failed to inform the market.
I purchased a few at 40p but bought far more between £1 - £1-80 and I have never traded any and so my average is higher than I can bring myself to work out.
I posted that I lost my nerve under 2 weeks back after having never sold once since 2009 I have had to introduce a further 20% just to get back to where I was on selling which I can not afford (Hope the wife does not find out) but I was hoping to sell off the capital introduced in the last 24 hours some time in the future if the sun ever shines again on this money pit.
