Do you not think it's a good sign that KOD was oversubscribed and had offers over 8m as stated in the interview.

Even if you dont believe it because it was not rns'ed,do you not find it weird there was no warrants issued with the placing.thats got to bring some confidence ?

Honestly can't see this relisting,PHM board had loads of time to organise a RTO.people are screaming out for cash shells so I've got no idea what they have been doing for the last 6 months.ive emailed Nichollas half complaining about the situation and got this response:

A crushing blow for me. We learnt two days ago that our RTO candidate had pulled out – no explanation has been given to me.
We become a private company on the 15th March without the ability to proceed with another transaction.

Personally I think the BODs left it to late and ended up putting all there eggs in one basket.10k down the drain
