Me impatient?

Me neither, I have been in and out over 15 years. This has eventually got to market and it should be going up. It's NOTHING to do with impatience.

Imagine a few distressed sellers sold out on your street for 50% the true value.

Has the price of your home gone down ? No rather someone has sold out at a massive loss.

Now imagine your street was being targeted by excited buyers who wanted to move near to a fantastic new bussines and they paid over the odds has your house gone up ? No.

But imagine news was emerging about your area that a new train station was to open and a new shopping mall and other wonderfull things.But no one was selling would the prices in your area be about to explode ? yes
