It's registered on the AIM market place, which is within the UK, it therefore has to abide by the rules of AIM. It matters not what their own articles state, they probably didn't know what market place they intended to register on when the articles were drawn up. AIM is AIM, you abide by their rules, including MAR, or you don't trade with them. Read carefully what I put from the rules. I suspect notification will be mid week. Anyhow, other stuff to do as in between all of this, I'm trying to arrange an important cardiac scan, and deal with an estate agent over the proposed purchase of another property. They are an AIM registered company operating through registration with companies house in the UK. They are subject to the laws of England and Wales and to the rules and regulations adopted by AIM.
