Don't even go there knowbodyyouknow, there's a lot of legalities to wills, not just in the complicated drafting, which needs to be spot on to avoid ambiguity, but also to avoid the possibility of legal proceedings ensuing after the persona demise. Furthermore, a lot of people don't realise that attaching something to a will can invalidate it, the usual scenario being a paper clip, never ever attach anything to a will, otherwise a court might question what was attached to it, and likewise, the probate office can ask for production of the original will at a whim. If you draft it yourself, then on your own head be it if you get it wrong, and it ends up with your family squabbling in court over it, my advice is don't risk it, get it drafted properly, and especially if it involves any form of trusts. And no, I have no connections to that law firm, I was just looking for a good website to back up what I had been saying. Anyhow, what people do is up to them, but having lost a boyfriend to a head on smash when we were 19, and he having no will, yet he had amassed a bit of a fortune from a family inheritance, and then in later years, a relative, who failed to provide appropriate cover in his will for a loved one, I'm just saying, imo, don't leave it to chance. I'll leave it there.
