RE: Tanzanian Govt Laws on Mining15 Jul 2024 10:03
No I don't want back in, I've seen the actual real rampers at work on here, just like on eurasia and other shares, same crew, different monikers, crypt, pubcrawl and the rest, so no, I'm not back in and won't be, plus they've said they need to raise up to £50 mill, they've just raised £8 mill and diluted shareholders to oblivion, plus there's the risk that they might not be able to get the helium out, it will be expensive to do so, very expensive to do so, and what's to stop the TG just handing the mining licences to a major and cutting the HE1 minnow out of the equation? The TG do as they want, and if someone comes forward and flashes the cash, the mining licences will go to them. As I said, HE1 are financially risking proving up, and then risking the licences being handed elsewhere, what can they do about it, nothing, as they don't have the money nor the clout to sue the TG and in any event, its up to the TG who they hand the mining licences to, so the risks are extremely high. I posted the link to the mining laws, and you will see the risk is mentioned within. my views.
