Joe80 did you watch the last briefing from the company at which the Finance Director attended and made it clear that this was not the company's intention once the ML is granted? they intend to look at bank financing, and other strategic options such as possible JV, although stated they would prefer to go it alone. Likelihood is, on links I've already posted, they will get financial assistance from the Tanzanian investment authorities if they want to take it. So to keep harping on about a placing is misleading imo.

The state approval is a mere formality, it's the same as monopolies and mergers commission in this country, as long as it doesn't mean that one party has a distinct advantage over the other or another competitor is ruled out, it's a given, the interesting part is that the agreement with BNL will stand regardless it seems, so the agreement has now concluded imo as per what I posted yesterday from the BNL rns's on their website re: activities report.

Blue Star have issued a number of rns's today which includes this one, headed activities report which states this in the blurb for the Helium One deal;

"The Agreement is subject to satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions precedent, the key

ones being approval by the ECMC of the Galactica / Pegasus OGDP I, and the execution of

definitive governing agreements (including a farm-in agreement and a joint operating

agreement). If the parties fail to agree the definitive governing documents by 31 October 2024,

then the parties are bound to the Agreement becoming the final transaction document. "

Note: it states "If the parties fail to agree the definitive governing documents by 31 October 2024, then the parties are bound to the Agreement becoming the final transaction document."

So it looks as though the deal will go through regardless whether agreement or not.

Sharebel, you really are the pits. Here's an easy analogy for you. The company applied for its provisional driving licence so it could go out exploring the roads. It proved it could drive and passed its test and has now applied for its full licence which then allows it to drive freely unhindered on all the roads the government allow it access to. When it passes its full test, the shackles are off, the processing plant will be built pronto, and it's likely there will be a JV/strategic partnership of some sort to help finance the processing plant and full steam ahead production. Whoever purchases the helium, will purchase at source, and will be responsible for transportation of it, not the company. As helium supplies are short, and demand outstrips supply, any producer can virtually name their price. Got it now?

Remains a mess, the people who post links with helpful info get sidelined whilst the mud slingers just keep on throwing it back and forth and fill up the forum with dross. Hardly any of you who are mud slinging have provided anything useful either now or in the past. If you can't provide something noteworthy and of interest, why don't you stfu until news arrives?

Was granted its Tanzanian mining licence two days ago. Us next in the queue hopefully for the grant :)
