Fair market value is the price of the Havieron deposit so if the agree it’s 10/15/20 mill oz of gold then that’s what they’ll pay for.

There is big potential for a high buy out price as I’m sure it would turn into a full on bidding war between a few of the billion dollar majors that operate in the area or another that wanted an entry into these licences.
