Also benoogs post confirmed the 5 usd price that SF are paying the distributor for chill. What they do in their shops to stimulate sales is their look out. The 9.99 is a Recommended Retail rate but if they want to up sales and by Christ they have at 45-60 per day. Then so be it. We still get the 5 bucks to split between us and the distributor. Simples really. The good thing is SF shop managers and head office will copy this scenario across the stores and quickly make huge profits for Zoe the distributor and themselves.
