April is the raining season in Tanzania so yes drilling can’t commence now as for money unsure if they have enough for too much drilling with out having to raise more funds , so waiting for the mote results which may not be until the end of summer ! Patience needed I guess

Cap-XX Ltd have announced their intention to raise up to £2.2m via a placing for institutional investors and a Retail Offer for individual investors.

Cap-XX Ltd have decided not to issue a prospectus as part of the fundraising. This means that the Offer has been limited to the sterling equivalent of €8 million and may only be open for a very short period. It also means that information relating to the fundraising is limited to the Company announcement.

Applications are due to close at 2:30pm on Friday 22 March. Due to the nature of the fundraising, applications can close at any time and without prior warning.

Shares are being offered at a fixed price of 0.1 pence.

The minimum application for the Retail Offer is £50.

By applying for shares in the Offer you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the HL Retail Offer Terms and Conditions, HL Retail Offer Risk Warning and the Company Announcement. These documents can be found in the Secure Messaging Centre of your online account.

Hargreaves Lansdown will receive 0.5% commission on the total allocation from the issuer as part of the Offer.

I feel that may happen , anger in the morning at the losses creating a sell off. The ones who were out in time today will buy back in along with the big boys / day traders to create a false SP rise which won’t help us out ! Then out for the weekend. Hopefully we will know where we are next week …..

The issue is they issued the RNS after hours so we were all locked in . One in the morning to raise SP then after 4.30pm to crash sp tomorrow .

Guess we have to suck it up , no more to say like you said we knew the risks but did not expect this .

When this happened to Avacta recently , lost so much , guess SP will sink massively tomorrow , who knows this is Aim, at least not going into Administration!!

Maybe I too should have got out this morning… who knows

Of course it can just be bad news that’s the risk we are taking if we hold and Company goes into Administration. I can’t see that happening tbh just my opinion.But yes can loose the lot!
