update states (again) " ullow will continue to have exposure to the Tilenga Project through additional cash consideration which may be received in the form of contingent payments depending on the average annual Brent price once production commences."
details i read on this BB are as follows:
Contingent annual payments to be paid on upstream revenues from the Uganda Interests calculated as follows: (i) no payment if the average annual Brent price is less than or equal to US$62 per barrel, (ii) 1.25% (net of tax) if the average annual Brent price is greater than US$62 per barrel or (iii) 2.5% (net of tax) if the average annual Brent price is greater than US$70 per barrel.
most corona restrictions are lifted now in the Netherlands. not the first country but the number of countries lifting restrictions are increasing. now if Ukraine situation de-escalates things are ligning up nicely. don't forget inflation which is relatively decreasing the debt.
thanks for replying Yuri. i agree it is a high risk situation. I also feel that there is a high reward possibility. people want to travel now (after lockdowns) more than ever and a lot of competition, small travel agents, went bankrupt so they have a bigger stake.
hi all, i am new at TUI. seen a strong update last week. pandemic is nearing its end (in my subjective opinion). ukraine issue escalating but a strong recovery after this mornings opening). what i don't understand are the forecasts the banks are giving after last weeks update. seeing a lot more potential than the banks. even the debt to the state is (partially) being repaid already. am i missing something?

stop whining about the hedging. people who do seem to have forgotten where Tullow was two years ago. we are in such a better place now. such, that we now have a plan to reduce the percentage of hedging in shot future. but we do it in a controlled manner.
