Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Giancotti hit the nail on the head. If fundamentals are unchanged (or actually improved going forward) then this is a good Buy right now and PIs should perhaps be reassured that the placing happened so easily.
When you see some of these guys are posting on BOO between 250 and 450 times a month, you have to say there's either something wrong or they are indeed being paid.
Personally I'm not keen on using the filter - for BOO, I just got loads of green boxes - but it's easy to just ignore those folks who are posting a dozen times a day on the same share. You won't miss anything and most of us need to earn a living!
I've enjoyed reading all the posts and responses in recent days. Shamefully admit to being 'in' and 'out' of BOO over the past several months, sometimes informed by comments on here, sometimes not.
If I were a medium- to long-term investor, I'd be curious to know where informed posters think the SP will be at the end of 2021 - up or down?
Putting that in context, over 200 people in Britain die from smoking-related disease every day, over 400 die from heart disease and related illness. Nonetheless, you raise an interesting issue with regard to how many of us double-vacced are still getting Covid-19 - did I read somewhere it's about 15%?
There are a lot of clever people about and maybe I should have listened to them all. Investing in most companies is surely about time frames, simple as that. Boohoo will become a worthwhile investment again, of that I feel confident; I just don't know when.
And at this point, no great rush of profit-takers. Must all be confident of better things to come. Serious re-rate?
Can't help thinking there are a number of multinationals in this sector looking for brands. Question is, do PFD brands present a sufficiently compelling case for the longer term future - I think so.
Fozdog that's an interesting commentary. What do you think are the chances of a cash call in the next 3-6 months?
Steady 35% rise so far this year. No histrionics, no feverish rampers or derampers, just a steady SP rise. Will the recent trend continue?
Explains why the last 100+ trades have all been 'sells', not a 'buy' amongst them. My 'buy' timing this morning, was immaculate!
@Chorleypete - yesterday wasn't the first time that AJ Bell failed to list Novacyt for trading. When that happens, instead of searching for 'Novacyt' or 'NCYT', try typing in the SEDOL code - 'BF16YK9'. Of course we shouldn't need to do that, but at least it works when AJ Bell platform is playing up.
I'm with AJ Bell. I received the RNS through Vox and immediately decided to sell NCYT (by when it was 3% down), perhaps buy back later in the afternoon. AJ Bell's platform had yet again failed, both online and through the phone app.
I eventually got through and it took me 18 minutes to get them to deal by phone on that one share, by which time the damage was seriously done. I suppose the saving grace is that it fell a further 10% approx during the afternoon and I do want to get back in.
AJ Bell couldn't give me a reason for the site outage this time and I can't believe it had anything to do with NCYT. Why can't they sort this out as it's been going on for well over a year now.
Twitter is useful for rumours and trends, but I question its commercial use for sharing corporate information from listed companies. Surely that's what the RNS service is for?
