1. In response to the committee's previous question 2, the response promo states that preparation of the case has been ongoing within the Government Offices since March 2018. The committee wishes to report on the preparation measures that have been taken, including the extent to which the case has been "r joint preparation.
The current case is very extensive and complicated.
The preparation measures that have been taken in the case since March 2018 include the preparation of legal investigations and draft decisions.
The joint preparation has not yet been completed.
2. Has within the Government Offices has an assessment been made of what further preparation measures may need to be taken?
At present, no further preparation measures are deemed necessary.

KEFI (AIM: KEFI), the gold exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has received notice from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over a total of 8,461,538 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.65 pence per share. Accordingly, KEFI has today allotted and issued 8,461,538 New Ordinary shares.

We are also looking at ways of funding a fifth well, 802, for which we have an existing 2020 work programme commitment to drill,

Following a conventional acid treatment the tubing is being removed from Deep Well A5 to allow the perforated interval to be further cleared by the use of the drillbit. We do not believe any further acid treatments will be required at this well.



A6 & A8

The planned acid treatments have been completed at both Deep Wells A6 and A8. Coil tubing will be used to continue the work to clear the well before an assessment can be made of the outcome of the acid treatments conducted.

the SP dropped because of assumptions about a placement. It took us down to the price where a placement woudl have been anyway. We have embraced irony.

As announced on 1 July 2020, based on discussions and proposals received to date from specialist mining financiers and Ethiopian investors, Project company, Tulu Kapi Gold Mining Share Company ("TKGM"), is now also seeking to potentially reduce the number of shares it issues to any third party by increasing the amount of funds raised by TKGM from specialist mining financiers in other acceptable forms, and by doing so, increasing existing TKGM shareholders' ultimate beneficial interest in TKGM. This would have the effect of increasing KEFI's beneficial interest in TKGM.
