I think it is 50/50 whether this will be settled out of court before Monday - if so, it will def be in our favour. It's frustrating and Oilex have a history of disappointing shareholders but, hey, it might finally be working for us.....

nope. GSPC trying to argue that our order which requires 100% of cambay to be awarded to us should not apply because they would rather it went to arbitration. But they're left it a bit late......Court could decide anytime after tomorrow.....

I think this is the Circle of Life. But in BEM's case, it's a really, really big circle.

GSPC is trying to argue that any dispute should be allowed to go to arbitration - but by oilex serving it's order it has been denied that opportunity. So the court could decide that the order is unreasonable and the matter should proceed to arbitration?

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even
before the petitioner can resort to the said clause and
referred the matter to the arbitration, the respondent has
acted to the prejudice of the interest of the petitioner,
which is quite evident from default notice dated 29.05.2018
and the notice dated 29.07.2018.

I agree about 77h - but if there's no oil there GSPC won't want Cambay. They have paid something towards their share - but not enough. Court could give them time to pay the rest - either way, can't see Oilex losing this case.

unless you know the judge personally can't see how it's leaked. Also, if there's no judgement soon we get Cambay anyway...

bit more action now - might get a little more exciting this afternoon.

it's the OIlex effect - we've been let down so much in the past. But this is where we start again - from a very low base and with different people in charge. We're not bust and we are likely to have a huge asset on our hands
