expansion (RDE) cohorts focusing on salivary gland

cancer (SGC) and subsets of soft tissue sarcoma (STS)

I have no expectations other than results and trial updates with what was presented at ESMO.

Yes phase 1 is patients who wouldn't necessarily respond to dox but may do. It's all about safety and tolerability.

Phase 2 next year is patients picked who have indications that AVA6000 will actually be used to treat at a dose level determined from the phase 1 study. Hence why efficacy will be much more likely in phase 2 and the results will be much more "real world" usage.
