One thing is for sure the demand generated for a 15 min at home test will not be able to be fulfilled by one company. Or if it is it will be many manufacturers licensed to make one test.

Not that we know of but we also know Avacta's 10k pilot batch which will enable CE marking for professional use hasn't been RNS'd yet.

There is always the possibility that that has changed but we were told by the CEO an RNS would be issued at this stage

In a way I do agree with one of the comments on that tweet. Maybe it is time for Boris to give some detail on the holy grail test and what they are doing to support it's development and explain what the challenges are. Doesn't have to name names just clarify that it's a British effort that will eventually save his arse.

We are already in lockdown in Wales but we have been told it will finish on the 9th. Then we can all travel to England just because Boris wouldn't stop the English coming to Wales ;)
