More than 300,000 rapid antigen tests will be rolled out by a pharmaceutical company this month as businesses prepare for a return to work.

Roche, the world’s largest biotech company, has developed a “less invasive” rapid antigen nasal test which is being supplied to construction companies, pharmacies, and private sector businesses across the country.

Don't think that will happen, would have thought the margin would be less , which is why Maaat Damon (god rest his soul) was adamant the value was with other government deals around the world. Which hopefully they have also been lining up (hence the large CV and CE mark).

We are however helping mologic with thier efforts to supply to the world's poorest nations so I'd imagine the margin would be reduced from this stream of revenue too. But it will make us all feel warm inside...

That's a very real possibility and to be honest even I would be ****ed off if that happens.

But I cant see it happening, why the hell would they do that after months of CV, hardly just going to bin that data.
We know they have a fully scalable repeatable process in place now for the LFT production so perhaps that joint effort wouldn't take long and the year it's taken to get this far is clearly worth it. This is Avacta's chance to firmly shine the spotlight on the humble Affimer as big Al had already alluded to in the last interview. Affimers already have the backing of some huge global players and a successful LFT will amplify that further

Interesting innova have done it the right way an "American" company the Americans won't touch. In fact is it just the UK gov who use them ? What was used to screen the whole populations in Scandinavia?

I can't imagine the whole world has to stop because of a royal death.

Maybe I'm wrong but surely everything doesn't have to stop until the funeral is done.

Such a shame the world has such reliance on thier cheap manufacturing and can't cut ties
