Go back to the third party consulting company and they say "sorry we forgot to submit, we'll do it now!"

Anyway although we all say it's a crap test it's actually not that bad. it's being used in a way that it's not designed to be used which is why it's crap. NHS rebranded it as home use with the exception from the national hot rod association.

Avacta's test has been designed from the ground up to use AN samples which is what the government want. Can't see why the national hot rod association wouldn't also grant a home use exception to us. The instructions in the annual accounts look very easy to follow. No doubt NDN would misinterpret them, but other than that I think the layman would do ok.

The ?rst stage of the evaluation process does not use the lateral ?ow test in the manner that it was designed for and there is therefore uncertainty as to whether the test can pass the Porton Down evaluation process which could delay the ability to tender for government contracts. The Group is progressing the clinical validation and CE marking of the product so that sales channels (other than the UK Government) can be exploited regardless of any delays in obtaining UK Government approval or tenders.
