Mologic, private company, no shareholders so no need to tell anyone about takeovers and are worked by the management

Avacta, public company, owned by share holders they can't agree buy out without consulting the share holders.

Abdx never signed an agreement to only produce Affidx they are a contract manufacturer who have numerous customers.
Mologic are also helping the aptamer based lft through CE marking they also don't work exclusively for avacta.

Nothing has been chosen as the gov test yet, we know avacta are still in talks with UK government so it could still be us.
If not then they are also in talks with 20 odd European territories.
I'm as frustrated as everyone else as sir Al did make it seem that as soon as CE mark was attained we'd be straight into the large contracts announcements. But here we are waiting.
That's all we can do though, he's told us there are discussions occuring.
One day he will either start to announce these successful contracts, or announces we don't have any and all these discussions have failed (even though we have "probably" the best test in the world). Until then it's all just noise as we don't have any solid evidence either way.

But we do have sales through bioserve in the meantime..
