Nope, the wider market won't know or probably care that avacta's distribution partners are on that government framework. Bioserv are on there too.
It's not RNS worthy as Avacta has already informed the market who the distribution partners are.

I don't think acvacta would require an RNS to tells us thier distributors had been added to the framework.
