Enough money to get to this point, that's probably all we need: The AVA6000 clinical data to date is looking very promising, and as we progress into the Phase 1b study and demonstrate efficacy this will open up the commercial opportunities for AVA6000 and the pre|CISION™ technology platform.
It's hard to see what could go wrong. It works, it releases therepeutic levels of dox into fap rich tumours. It works so pre|CISELY that there are very few side effects and they are still yet to find a maximum tolerated dose at extremely high levels of equivalent dox.
It's bonkers really. Although there is a requirement for hard data.
There is surely no disputing what has been communicated so far. Avacta have a drug in patient trials for more than a year, being run by cancer centers in the UK and the US. They have data from these trials that a STS specialist from NY came all the way to white city to talk about. The MHRA have allowed them to progress to a dose of 400mg if required, which would probably prove fatal in dox equivalent. And yet the price is lower than when a brochure from medusa was "found" on the floor of a German exhibition centre.
