I posted that after PL75 highlighted that wynbore was trying the "MTD was thrust on us out of the blue" card again.

Point was that was the very first dosing of patient RNS and it explicitly states they are looking for an MTD to dose phase 1b.

As a consequence of how well it's working it's taken way longer to find MTD than originally thought.
