The 2 week study is to be conducted solely in the US, what makes sense a US based consultant or a UK one?

Ok so we don't quite think the same BV I think the FDA will have already been given a raft of data to support the 2 week study.

That won't be in the same format (although will be the same data) that it will be released to the world via RNS in Q4. The two things are distinctly different.

That's my opinion anyway.

Completely agree with the fact they won't be monitoring live data. But surely when asking for approval for a study to administer a drug that delivers dox at X amount higher than normal levels twice weekly the burden of evidence would be on avacta to provide enough data to the FDA to prove it's plausible.

I think we probably think the same but articulating it slightly differently.

The limitations section will be what eggy is copy and pasting and then posting continually about it. Trying to drown out all the other excellent information contained in the data.

The FDA will have all the data BV these are patients lives. If they approve and someone dies directly from ava6000 (which obviously wouldn't happen) then they are hardly going to say, "Al said in an RNS the safety and tolerability profile was excellent so that's all we needed" are they?

My point still stands the FDA and MHRA will have access to ALL the data if required. They won't just take Al's word for it.

Some proof it works, but they will be giving them that all the way along the process not just once it's published to the world.

FDA and clinicians running the trial will have all the data already.

Bella, Hurstbots conversation module is very poor, he's designed to spam garbage not engage in conversation.

Al said it was the quickest route to get this study approved. If the FDA are anything like the MHRA the quick timescale isn't what the general populus would regard as quick. This is a medical trial after all administering way higher doses of dox than can be delivered currently and over a much shorter timescale.

Al did say it would start this year though and I'd imagine Dr Tap had a very good feel for how the FDA operate.

Because LDA can't wait till what was actually stated.

I'd imagine them complaining it's not Christmas day yet and having a tantrum every day until the big day.
