Approvals take a long time that's a fact, it's never been stated that the 2 weekly dosing regime will start in Q4 (or has it already started).

I think it was energy who found from the FDA website that changes don't actually need approval. Also someone else spoke to AS to confirm this (but that could just have been made up of course).

Who knows, it may be underway.
