How definite is it that ITI have taken legal action against Nakamichi? I am a shareholder and have seen this share pumped and dumped so often just prior to the results that I now take every posting with a large pinch of salt. I obviously hope they come good some day but would like to have the assurance that someone does actually know something for definite rather than just pure speculation.
