The seller would have laced their stock in one tranche first thing hence the drop. What they got for their stock is where it will settle as the bottom. Personally getting an itchy finger and about to pull the trigger

Factsheet Proactis Holdings PLC Ord 10P (PHD)

finnCap today reaffirms its corporate investment rating on PROACTIS Holdings PLC (LON:PHD) and cut its price target to 200p (from 250p).

Jefferies's Mark Wilson reiterated his 'buy' recommendation and 590p target price for the shares following the results.

The Panaro news is certainly interesting. Hopefully some positives to come and a re-rate in the price.
