As a result of this purchase, Pershing Nominees Limited holds, on trust for Mr Jim Mellon, 125,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr Mellon is the beneficial owner of Burnbrae Limited which holds 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.9% of the ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Mellon also holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.8% of the ordinary share capital of the Company in his own name. The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Jim Mellon has a beneficial interest is 12,625,000 representing 19.9% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Nice to have a bit of company. Yes the IMS was better than expected and the Mitsubishi deal is being integrated well. Not many times you get to buy a company which has the potential to turn itself around dramatically at such a reduced price.

Nice to see anothe rise. Still great value and hopefully the start of a decent recovery.

A couple of buyers and this will go ballastic.

Buying online is difficult with this stock as it is very closely held.

Wonder if we shall see T Traders moving in early next week.

Came in over the ask so should be a blue day for those who get in early here. If the figures are correct this is presently valued under £1M

Just noticed this was trading in the £s before hand. Last news was pretty positive but it has only been consolidating for a while.

Should be set up for next week now.
