predominantly shareholder loans of which £12.3m is in the form of convertible loan notes.
lol and look at the mcap, this is fooked, would not touch with a bargepole. only Premier foods might offer to buy but debt is huge and a made a 20mill loss. I think they would be nuts to buy this, its a no from me.
The UK food delivery market continues to grow at pace, aided by increasing technology enabling ease of ordering and quick access to a wide offering of menus through apps such as UberEats. I agree with you and think that there is a lot of potential here. They keep the wide spreed to deter buyers but after the sole trade today there was less than 20K available online so there could be a big move ahead.
They have been limiting buys all day. There was a large buy end of last week and another today which has mopped up all the sells. Could eventually be time to break out. More order news today on the website probably also helping.
