The Nasdaq Listing - risks?21 Nov 2025 16:55
I'm in Mkango heavily due to Myles and have been reading posts here with interest for the last 2 months, daily in the last few weeks since I'm down a lot now from the ATH of 79p or so and it is a bit of a challenge like it is for many of us I can see. My take is that assuming the Nasdaq listing happens in say the next 3 months all this is just temporary pain we will soon forget. I'm interested to hear from the many far better researched than me here on the likelihood of this and the risks of not getting the SPAC> Nasdaq listing.
As a primer away from this understandably partisan message board a Quick search gave me:

The likelihood of Mkango Resources listing on the Nasdaq in the first quarter of 2026 is uncertain, as no definitive announcement has been made regarding a specific timeline for such a listing. However, there is significant market anticipation surrounding a potential Nasdaq uplisting, particularly through a merger with Crown PropTech, which could facilitate the listing of Mkango’s upstream assets.
This strategic move is seen as a key catalyst for future growth and funding, with the potential to provide a clearer structure for its business streams.
While the company has already experienced a substantial stock surge and is trading at an all-time high, the execution of this plan remains contingent on achieving key milestones, including successful production from its HyProMag facilities and progress on mining projects like Songwe.
The company’s current financials reflect a pre-revenue, cash-burning phase, which adds risk to any future listing plans.
Therefore, while the Nasdaq listing is a strategic objective and a topic of market discussion, its realization in Q1 2026 is not guaranteed and depends on future operational and financial developments.
