SOG spot on! Error in submission or is it regulator being pedantic and justifying their position by asking for additional info?? Either way I believe it has created an opportunity to top up at a cheap price. Already on a free ride so could not resist.
Good luck all!
Consolidation is all about maths, market cap remains. Fear of change affects share pice science has not changed. BOD believe perception of SP at a higher level, institutional investors on the radar, is more attractive than a penny stock. Despite immediate drop in SP driven by fear of change I have to agree
Spookily enough Silver once I've got my stake back at 4p I'm planning on 20% of the remainder at 8p, 20% at 16p, 20% at 32p, 20% at 64p then consider what to do with the last 20% if £1 plus achieved. Also agree with you I'd be happy with T/O at 25p plus

Aber I would have thought no tax on Sareum shares as in ISA wrapper, Shares received from pharma would be baselined at the price you get them so if you hold them and they makes a profit you're then subject to CGT normal rules ie £12300 gain per year tax free then tax at your marginal rate on gains over your allowance
Bed & ISA posts are a little dull I feel against the massively knowledgeable posts on the science and potential value both medically and financially on this board. Sadly my knowledge is greater on on the tax rather than the science. Bottom line is ISA wise you are limited on on what you can put in an ISA each tax year I.e. £20k once those funds are in there you can move em around to your hearts content any gains sheltered from any tax as the wrapper that is an ISA is designed to encourage investment into companies such as SAR or indeed more mainstream companies. HMRC limits what you put in in the hope your investment helps the company succeed thereby generating tax for HMRC and they let you enjoy tax free the risk you took. Hope I haven't rambled this is my first post!
