Thank you, I appreciate that. I guess it's down to, IMHO, who is placing the 1.5M sells. Who knows? But, if it's down to 'manipulating' the market down, to suit their (clients?) objective, then that's manipulation in my book. However, on top of that, as I also mentioned, the trading pattern today is totally abnormal, so IMHO, again, it's being manipulated, in one way, or another.

As I say though, I'm not overly concerned, as I'm sure you're not as well, like most GGP shareholders, we know that the c.20p sp is, quite frankly, ridiculous anyway!

Hi MFU, IMHO, those two points to me would actually indicate manipulation of some form to me. But, hey, we all know that this level is ridiculous, so, onwards & upwards!

Totally abnormal (manipulated?) trading pattern. Apart from the 2 X 1.5M sells we've seen, there are very few sells, and those that are are. are totally spread out. Between 10:23 - 11:30, there wasn't a single sell! It's just not a normal pattern whatsoever. It can only be shenanigans!

As I've said before, IMHO, the longer we remain at this ridiculous c.20p sp price in the current, 'normal' market, or manipulated market, take your pick, the larger the coming breakout will be! OK, I'm no big fan of chartists, but many are now forecasting a big, impending breakout from the current sp. Most of them believe that we'll have to wait for the next news. I know, I know, we've had good news recently, in fact great news, but little movement, apart from, maybe, the sp not drifting back to the c.18p level again.

Call it what you like, but I just feel, more and more, that the chartists may well be correct and that it's just a case of time. The next Havieron assays, which, as we know already, are going to be far more substantial than the last ones, could well be the trigger. Maybe we'll get something from Goliath before, or concurrently? Maybe, just maybe, some form of corporate action? Whatever it is/they are, I just feel that we'll then see a significantly different reaction from the markets.

Only time will tell, as always, BUT, personally I would NOT want to be out of the GGP market at any time going forward now... DYOR & GLA

Weird 1.5 million sell at 08:57 @ 20.0333p?? The price is very low? I did a dummy 1.5M sell just after and was being offered 2.21p!

Ah well, probably just more shenanigans. What's the bet it'll suddenly turn up cancelled later today, or Monday morning!

Australian shares rose for a third straight session on Tuesday, as the resource heavy index benefited from higher iron ore and gold prices, though subdued tech stocks capped further gains.

The S&P/ASX 200 benchmark index rose 0.6% to 7,063.8 by 0037 GMT, after closing 0.1% higher on Monday.

The mining subindex, the largest constituent of the benchmark, was among top gainers, firming up to 2% and on track for its biggest intraday percentage change in a week as iron ore prices rose on a continuing surge in steel output.

Global miners Rio Tinto Ltd rose 1.6%, while peer BHP Ltd gained as much as 2%.

Gold stocks climbed more than 3% as bullion prices scaled a more than three-month high, as U.S. Treasury yields remained subdued.

Sector heavyweight Newcrest Mining Ltd gained as much as 3.3% to hit a six-month high, while explorer Bellevue Gold Ltd rose up to 3.9%.

Up further so far today with intraday high of $1865.

Currently at $1853, with next resistance point $1889.

Only time will tell , as always! However, what I personally think is beyond any belief otherwise, is that inflation, maybe major inflation, has already started, and will be with us for some time to come. The results of this on the gold markets are, I agree, still questionable, as the piece I mentioned stated, but the very fact that inflation is rising, brings it more to the fore.

IMHO there is increasing evidence of a major northwards move in the inflation rate. The above piece, Interestingly for me, mentions timber, and all I can say, is that it's 100% correct. Wholesale timber prices globally have moved to historically high levels, especially over the past 6-9 months! Maybe if you want to but anything in wood, I'd personally do it now, rather than later, because the wholesale prices will always take some time to feed through to retail.

OK, that over, I also believe that the city, ivory towered economists, as usual, just don't get it! IMHO, inflation, indeed hyper-inflation is now a reality!

Will the gold price react accordingly? Who know's? BUT I personally, increasingly, believe that it will.
