Greatland Gold

Greatland Gold is a penny stock mining development and exploration company, specialising in precious metals.

The company is currently developing the Havieron gold and copper site in Western Australia.

As for its share price, Greatland Gold opened at 11 pence on the morning of 25 July 2022.

It has been a turbulent few years for the company. Strangely enough, Greatland Gold saw its share price increase during the pandemic from 2 pence on 13 January 2020 to 36 pence on 28 December of the same year.

Even though the company saw a huge value spike in its share price over the Covid pandemic, it has since declined back to current prices.

Traditionally, gold has been a good investment during times of high inflation and market uncertainty. When share prices drop, gold prices tend to rise. This is because the precious metal tends to hold its value since it is scarce.

As a result, it could be a good investment option in the current inflationary environment.

Nonsense! Sandeep Biswas stated, well over a year ago now, that it was clear that different types of mining would almost certainly be needed at Havieron. It's become significantly clearer now too, with added drilling since!

Funnily enough I remember now that I sent the email after last years Diggers & Dealers, since one of the other companies that presented then had a 3D video of their mother lode.

It would certainly be very useful in fully understanding, and appreciating Havieron, as it grows, and grows!

I just found the transcript from the LSE Webinar last week (Thanks to Dipp):

Q: Keith says can you provide us with a full 3d visual of Havieron he means can you provide us with a form of video and someone at the town hall meeting was also after the video, so a video a 3d simulation might not be possible in terms of your comms?

SD: Yes look Keith good question, it's something we've thought about again that the accelerated curving, accelerated cycle time that that we've had really pressed upon us but you know to our enduring benefit means we have a really you know strong understanding of that database so it is something we're looking into - what the final form and shape of that will be time will tell but yes it's something under active consideration and I think we're even kind of preparing the data for it - whether it goes ahead or not I think I think it depends on exactly what we think the product we can provide but we are actually happening to be actively looking at that so great question.

Just to add, under the negotiated agreement with Five Diggers Pty.,Ltd., which removed the old GGP legacy contingent liability issue:

-- a two-year restriction on dealing with the Greatland shares to be issued to Five Diggers Pty Ltd, comprising:

- 12-month lock in, which prohibits any disposals of the shares in this period, subject to carve outs (such as recommend takeovers), plus

- a subsequent 12-month orderly market arrangement, requiring that, during this period, the shares may only be traded in consultation with the Company's broker and through the Company's broker (subject to customary carve outs); and

-- a reduction in the number of shares being issued by 4.5%, being a reduction of over 6.5 million shares, to a total of 138,981,150 new ordinary shares (with a value of approximately GBP14.1 million in aggregate at 10.15p per ordinary share, based on the closing price on 13 July 2022, and representing approximately 3.3% of Greatland's enlarged issued share capital).

Am I surprised that Liam has posted what he has? No! Absolutely not!

I don't know anything about, what appears to be, a disagreement with another member.

However, when you continually read some of the crap, often personal, posted here, and on other websites, with Greatland Gold exposure, often aimed at long standing, regular, and valuable contributors, I'm not surprised, whatsoever.

Sadly, the internet exposes us all to people that we'd never, in a million years, wish to engage with ever in our lives!

Greatland considering ASX listing

LONDON-listed, Perth-based Greatland Gold plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange, CEO Shaun Day announced at the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum in Kalgoorlie, as the company progresses its flagship Havieron gold-copper project in the Paterson Province.

"We are presently reviewing the opportunity to undertake an ASX cross-listing," Day said.

"I think for us we celebrate, and want to continue to build on the strength of, our London listing..." (Sub Only)
