Gold and silver miners continue to shine benefiting from the recent rally in precious metals prices.

The price of gold has risen 2.5% this week alone, taking it back above the $2,000 an ounce mark, currently trading at $2,038.73/ounce, while the price of silver has enjoyed an even better week, up 5.7%...

...Greatland Gold PLC (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) is another stock to benefit, rising 5.7% today, and a bumper 26% in the past month...

There we go! Give it time for the MM's to give a bit more, when they clearly know what direction we're going in!

I doubt that many missed, but probably some did (?), Shaun Day's view about us being very well invested in, probably the best real estate area for Gold & Copper (and other incrteasingly valuable minerals!), on the planet (OK, that's me!) right now! DYOR!

We've clearly seen someone and/or organization(s) buliding a position over the past few weeks. It was pretty clear some time back by the way that the GGP sp movements had changed on a daily basis, unlike that we'd seen for some considerable time.

The pleasure that I'm now getting, is not just with the sp, and the rises north, but also from seeing that I was correct in topping up, considrerably, as others did, at anything under around 7p, during the ludicrously low, manipulated (IMHO) sp levels we've seen for some considerable time now.

The other pleasure is seeing any shorters, probably, and hopefully, losing their shirts now, because they thought that they knew better than those who researched, and knew what was going on! They're probably now scrambling around, trying to work out how they can buy back those shares cheaply again...They can't!

I'm sure that we're all now keenly awaiting the, hopefully imminent, latest Red Setter drilling assays.

With the price of gold currently around $2050, just shy of the all time record price set in August 2020, even a reasonable assay result should rocket the sp north. It's currently, IMHO, at a ludicrously low level for what we have in tenements alone, and, take that with the limited free float, it should rocket.

I was looking recently at how Newmont price their gold reserves.

Their gold reserves, "at sites in which Newmont is the operator for 2022 and 2021 were estimated at a gold price of $1,400 and 1,200 per ounce, respectively."

Currently we have a gold price of around $2050.

They state that "a $100 increase in gold price would result in an approximate three percent increase in gold reserves while a $100 decrease in gold price would result in an approximate seven percent decrease in gold reserves."

Clearly there are a load of assumtions, and go on to say that, "These sensitivities assume an oil price of $85 per barrel (WTI), Australian dollar exchange rate of $0.75 and Canadian dollar exchange rate of $0.80. These sensitivities assume all other inputs remain equal, including all cost and capital assumptions, which may impact the reality of these approximate estimates."

However, it gives us at least a 'guesstimate' of the increasing value of the Havieron gold/copper motherlode(s) as the gold price increases.

Gold miner Newmont (NYSE:NEM) ended Tuesday's trading as the biggest gainer on the S&P 500, +6.3%, as gold futures rallied to their highest in nearly seven months.

Gold recently broke through the $2,000/oz barrier and is up 12% YTD, on track for its best year since 2020, according to Dow Jones....

The POG has hit an intraday high of $2052 so far today, moving back slightly to a current $2045, but still only $30 short of the record POG USD high in August 2020....

Riding high! $2028 just hit....

Indeed! A lot going on, and increasingly so, and we got in, and in a big way, well ahead of most!
