Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
They 'claim' to represent a group of established Avacta shareholders who have demonstrated proof of holding, making up approximately 15% of the float. No-one is claiming they are representing the entire shareholder base. If you want to be involved, ask to join, simple.
Good points BITL. In addition, for AS to pivot from 'releasing the data in the most impactful way' (i.e., a big conference next year), to 'the data will be released in Q4 regardless of if C7 has completed or not', strongly suggests something else is going on. Hopefully we find out what exactly may have prompted that change shortly. I suspect it's a good reason.
Bottom - Where does your 'guranateed' 99.99%' come from - provide a source? You can't though can you, you've just made it up. Drawing unfounded and inaccurate conclusions like that is why some people lost a lot of money.
Yes it was demonstrated that the RMS masks could kill the virus but it was never demonstrated that it would be any more effective at stopping the spread than any other mask. As I asked, show me the study which demonstrated its improved effectiveness at stopping transmission? You can't.
If it actually was 99.99% effective at stopping transmission, do you really think no other country in the world would be interested in that sort of technology? Of course they would. You are living in a fantasy land.
There was a big difference between developing an expensive 'Covid killing' mask compared to demonstrating that it can significantly reduce transmission, but a few people couldn't work it out.
The reason the NNN face mask didn't go anywhere was because at no point was any data provided that the mask would actually be anymore effective at reducing the spread. Point me to one study or set of results that NNN conducted? In addition, they were much more expensive than a standard mask. It was clear quite early on that it would be a damp squib but people got suckered in by the hype.
What Avacta are doing is not in any way comparable, and if you think it is, you aren't very bright.
EGTP, thanks for sharing that website. Eyeballing that graph, those stats seem to show that since about August through to the predicted December 2021 scheduled worldwide capacity, the difference between the higher 2019 capacity and lower 2021 capacity has reduced every month. Equally the anticipated increase in capacity in Nov/Dec 2021 compared to 2020 is greater than the previous months. Both point to traffic growth which is what I've been observing first hand over the last couple of months whilst sat at the pointy end. It's certainly much busier for many, many operators.
Got to disagree with you EGTP. I work for an airline and there has been a very significant increase in demand across the sector over the last month so to say demand is not increasing is just not true.
The reason people haven't been travelling is down to cost, the travel traffic light system, country entrance requirements and perceived complexities regarding testing requirements. I've seen no evidence to suggest a large number of people aren't flying because of fear of contracting the virus (although there will always be a few). Just look at how many people don't wear masks in any setting unless it's mandated. It's not indicative of a population scared of contracting COVID.
I don't see any UK airline signing a contract for LFTs for which to provide passengers - airlines generally much prefer to contract out to third parties (I get tested for my employer by a third party). Ultimately it is the requirement of the individual to select a suitable test provider and I just can't see that changing - it provides no real benefit to the airline to bring testing in house.
Realistically we should hope for travel testing providers to purchase AffiDX. I think the potential of sales direct to an airline for passengers was potentially on the cards when the industry was trying to find ways of opening up, but isn't going to happen now that an alternative system (which is working) is in place.
When free LFTs from the governemnt are withdrawn, a contract with an airline for staff testing might be on the cards, but i can't see it getting RNS'ed.
Middle Eastern and APAC airlines could be a go'er though. They've got deeper pockets and tend to have stricter testing and entrance requirements in place.
The domain was registered on the 21st of July 2020 and the company was then registered on the 23rd of July 2020. So you think this is purely coincidence and a scam?
Of course it's not a scam. It's a simple holding website and whether it uses WordPress or not doesn't matter.
With regards to HUA, is the European application process different to the application for UK HUA? The RNS mentions 'submission of the regulatory documentation to a notified body in Europe' - to me this reads that they have applied for European HUA but does not mention anything about the UK HUA application. Can anyone who understands the process more than me shed some light on this?
Reference:
"Good progress is being made in this regard with the submission of the regulatory documentation to a notified body in Europe. Medusa19 and Avacta are currently awaiting the response of the notified body and will update the market when a response is received."
Some info regarding closed periods. The article is worth a read in full.

"Why Companies Tend to Stop Making Statements During a Close Period:
Companies typically refrain from releasing price-sensitive statements or news during the close period. Companies may choose to withhold making statements during the close period to prevent the company’s shares from being affected ahead of the release of the expected financial results.
If possible, a trading statement or other news might be issued prior to the start of the close period. Companies can host discussions with investors and analysts before the close period commences. It is also possible that statements and news relevant to the financial results would be released as part of the filings or shortly after."
Avacta is currently in a closed period. Make of that what you will.
Watching2, most supermarkets don't have HEPA filters and nor is the all the air fully recycled circa every 5 minutes. Transmission of COVID on aircraft has been proven to be low compared to other comparable high-density settings.
