I did the opposite. I traded all week made about 20 percent more shares, got too greedy and lost about half the profit shares in one day.sitting on hands time now.
Thanks dj
Anyone got a link to the presentation please?
easier to sell stem off if not dual listed to start I reckon.Once stem is sold off, any interviews of KS would be about brazil, nasal and oral administration, the jewel in the crown and the good Dr's favourite analogy about mother's milk
Or STEM might just be sold off so they haven't decided on a date maybe?
Thanks Y-Alam. Busymum, will check with him and get back, thank you.
Off topic, sorry.A very close friend of mine has got seronegative arthiritis. Very advanced stage, very rare for a 30 yo male be affected by this. There is no known cure for this at the moment. An appeal to fellow posters, as so many of you would have researched pharmas, any suggestions about where we can try to get him to enrol in phase 2/phase 3 trials? He is in a lot of pain consistently and is losing hope, so this is a request for help with any info/suggestion any of you can provide.
Yes, I did start googling for options too.
As long as the company is making money and the potential is good, the sp always catches up no matter how many games are played and I am happy with my investment. All this talk like shares are monopoly chips and only driven by investor sentiment and by MM/management games is deramping for the sake of deramping. How about we continue this chat this time next year? Will you apologise to all the newbies you are trying to scare into selling if you are wrong?

Exactly! it is not about whether the loser can pay the 5M or not, it is about the precedent set by a similar case.
As for folks saying folks saying Telsa will have some dirty tricks up their sleeve, we have a few world class attorneys ourselves.
And loads of times Telsa was made to pay through the nose, it doesn't affect Tesla's share price only because each of these settlements are like a drop in the ocean for Tesla.

I do not see anywhere in my research that the legal fees were paid upfront. The legal fees might be a cut of the awarded damages too. Has it been mentioned anywhere as to how the legal fees will be paid and when? If anyone has any info on this, please share.

The infringements are very similar. The result of the IOXUS case surely should nudge Maxwell towards a settlement! Drag the case for too long and the jury would see through it all and might get even more ****ed at Maxwell, we should all know soon enough.
