You’re not alone. It’s been a painful week. I hold 2.5M shares at an average of 7.5p. Like you I remember the under the table antics of the last drill results and I took a similar hit that day . Luckily I dumped a lot of my holding in the 30’s as was in deep.

I’m waiting for the placing price to be disclosed and will decide then if I will add further. Likely I will if that price is tested and think it will be in the very short term. I’ve been in I3 along time now and I think these guys have a few aces up their sleeves which will drive the SP up to new highs in the coming weeks. Let’s see.

My exit is 30p and I expect that in the next 12 months.

It’s obviously a good deal. Still puzzled why they have paid for this with dilution. Bybrook would of had massive input in that decision . So await further detail.

Milan, I took a massive hit on I3 last time. So I share your position you are not alone. I’m in good profit on re-entry and have a decent position which is more than capable of returning my losses and some.

It’s a different play now IMO and I’m happy to watch and wait for the time being. Good Luck to us all it’s certainly been a tense one

I`ve always thought there is a very strong chance of a complete sale of Serenity. If the numbers and POO work, Its low hanging fruit for the NS operators. Company could do a special divi and use the remaining cash to expand / sweat their Canadian assets a lot quicker than it would take to monetize Serenity.

Good point Maestro. My belief is the shares are transferable between both exchanges.

I’m pretty sure that I3 shares are interchangeable and therefore they can be traded on both exchanges.

Very good update. Looks like if oil prices remain at these levels the asset could be paid for this year !

Cant see them let loose in the NS again. Who ever comes at Serenity will be operator surely ? Did they drill S1 in the wrong location I had no idea.

Tony, Health reasons aside, I don’t buy that . No access to email for a CFO of a PLC . Nah. He’s probably flat out on the Canadian aspects of the business and does not want the admin disruption of day to day ping pong.
