Anyway, even if there was a raising, theres only 69mil shares, so surely it would be better to raise more at a higher sp and be less dillutive? Hardly going to cause a major issue with SH's.

If you had the assests COPL have, and felt at that age (late 60's), and thought sod this crap day in day out, raising finance etc, surely you would just put it up for sale for the highest bidder??
Most people with even a tiny a bit of sense would do that to get the most benefit, rather than run it do the ground, and try and sell under force.

But it only take an RNS at any point to announce the JV. Rather be in than miss it.

Last 12 trades (13.43 to 14.43) are all buys - except the 20.803 (£219.06), which is obviously a sell.

So it's better looking that it apprears. Hopefully buyers will pile in late today and tomorrow for next week's possible news.

Majority of the 15 trades are buys, its only because they are very good prices below the mid-price than above it.

If the MM's reduced the mid accordingly, you'd see those trades as blue! The last three 50,000 trades are buys.
(I have been doing dummy sells to prove this).

I 'F' hate it when 'bankers' boast aboutt het fact they are investing more than others, no one gives a sht whether its £200k or £200, we are all here to make money, whether its for ourselves or our kids (I am!).
