The fact that MM has paid almost double than what FK has paid, and still holds more shares, must mean something is happening soon.

To get paid by shares is one thing, as you'd have to justify to the creditors as to why they should be paid by shares, and then to accept it, you must be pretty confident and happy to do that.

But to be paid at a higher prce than the current sp, is pretty amazing, given you could buy the shares at 19p instead of 22p, so again, you must be pretty happy with whats going on in the back ground to take it at a premium, and expect it to be substantially higher than 22p!

Next week or so is looking to be interesting!

CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM: CTL, Frankfurt:T2N, OTCQX:CTLHF), an exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile, announces that it has agreed with certain consultants and service providers to settle their accrued fees for a period from May-24 to Oct-24 totalling £63,993 through the issue of 290,877 new ordinary shares of £0.02 each in the Company at a price of 22 pence per ordinary share (the "Fee Shares"), which represents a 18.9% premium to the closing mid-market price on 5 December 2024.

Top sliced at 4.5 and 5p, will now hopefully keep it in there for as long as I can.

Shame I didn't have the guts to keep it all in, would have made 100% easy, hindsight is a wonderful thing!!

Best thing to do is buy, and switch off until the end of the day, otherwise, you get tempted by the dark side...
