The funny/ironic thing that I've just been told is that Oliver actually reached out to Paul to discuss his issues a while back but Paul didn't respond.

If you are still reading me Paul, it's not personal attacks, like I said before, it's defending the company and Oliver from your untruths and attacks. I certainly didn't start this spat! It's been going on long before I joined in.

Oh, and on the actual initial post subject, I would see it nearer £3.50 to £5 personally if it's for both Pilot and Tempiute, hopefully keeping Golconda, Garfield and Kibby for Oliver and the team to play with after the sale/takeover. That would put it at a MCap of £550m to £750m which is perfectly reasonable in my mind for assets of that caliber as de risked as they are about to be on publication of a PFS+

Hahahahaha! That is quite possibly the most ridiculous post yet! Are you seriously expecting everyone (or anyone actually) to believe you have sold down your position to 0.5% of the company?!?!? The current shares in issue are 167.6m which is up from circa 105m at IPO, So you're claiming to have sold your position down to 835,000 shares. This from a person who just comes on an LSE board and, in your words, "slags off" both the CEO and company you apparently have/had over £1mill invested in on a regular basis. You have repeatedly claimed on here Oliver doesn't respond to messages from you. That is ridiculous as everyone knows he's probably the most accessible CEO on AIM! If you genuinely have that sort of holding, and if you have an ounce of common sense between those ears, would logic not take you onto Telegram? a free platform where Oliver regularly dips in and discusses subjects with us directly. He even came on here about 9 months ago to try and address concerns, mainly yours, and just got a tirade of abuse from you. Unsurprisingly, he doesn't waste his time anymore. I really recommend other holders join TG, it's a great group on there!

As for "slagging you off" Paul, I dip in and out of this board to see what's being said, I often add more info or links to conversations/interviews etc, but mainly I seem to correct untruths or slanderous statements from you towards both the CEO and the company I have a 6 figure sum invested in. I am quite within my rights to have an opinion on what is being said in a public domain about a holding that has grown into a life changing sum to myself and my family and I will defend that position from half baked arguments and outright un-truths. I haven't really said much on TG that I haven't said directly to you on here so I suggest you put you "slagging off" accusations away. I've certainly vented my frustrations around your ridiculous statements I agree, one point I did say recently that you may be referring to, which several other TG posters couldn't understand, was how you said you were selling down your holding to 0.5% so you could go elsewhere to get exposure to Copper. If your holding is as high as you claim, I'm sure an intelligent person like yourself would be aware that Pilot and Garfield were initially bought as Copper plays with interesting kickers. most drill results are even quoted in Cu Eq (copper equivalent) given how high the copper content is. So I really couldn't make the ends of that statement tie up, it was quite literally a non sense statement.

Again, talking in non sensical circles!

On that note, I will leave my reply to you there. It's obvious that this is a waste of my energy, good luck with your 0.5% of GMET, maybe speak to Oliver if you actually have any genuine concerns, his door is always open!

Like I said in my first post "in my mind" , everything's conjecture Paul, unless it's cashnin the bank, its only theory and conjecture, as you say.

But, and the big but, if I woke up one morning and found my holding had been liquidated at £2.50, I'm certainly not crying in my cornflakes Paul. And yes, Oliver has mentioned data rooms and interest by majors once or twice in actual answer to your specific question, I hope helps.

Paul, it's no secret that I'm bullish on GMET and you are, shall we say, not so bullish. Given you sold down to .5% recently (I presume you mean of your portfolio and not your ownership of GMET), I expected you to become even more bearish thinking you could influence the price buy back in at 60p or something, no?

I think the data rooms for Pilot and Tempiute are already there and being refreshed regularly. Fun times ahead and a great opportunity to top up in my mind. I already did!

“Thanks for the note and sorry for the late reply. While I can’t comment on anything specific to Power what I can say is that royalties can be bought and sold amongst third parties (and they have often do trade hands over time).

 

The original owner of the Pilot Mountain Royalty many decades ago sold the royalty to Gold Royalty who is now looking to transact and sell that royalty to Apex (is my understanding).

 

On Tempiute there is a 1.5% royalty (with buydown provisions) which was originally owned by the individual who sold us the property, and since then it has moved hands to Apex.

 

So, we did not carve out any addition royalty, instead, existing royalties are being bought and sold which is very common. You are correct in that it would be at our discretion if we wanted to carve out and sell a new royalty to raise project funds, but we have not done this here”

100% Danny and Butler! Oliver is possibly THE most accesible CEO on AIM. When he has to be quiet he is but always for a reason. When he goes a bit quiet like recently, you know something is brewing in the background.

After a share goes from an IPO around 8p to peak at just shy of £1.50 within 2 1/2 years. Zero open market raises, only strategic investor raises with no added warrants, I really struggle to see how anyone can criticise a performance like that.

GMET has ready made a life changing difference to my family! I'm now fully de risked with a healthy profit re-invested elsewhere and now patiently sat on a large chunk of GMET stock which will retire me if/when we get to the £5 mark. I can wait a couple of years for us to get to production/buy out for that

Plus, they closed on a sell at $1.515 which equates to just over £1.12, all bodes well Guardians!
