So this was pulled rapidly in December with the last message of "soon to be re-arranged"

It's all gone very quiet, no rearrangements and even max seems to have run out of spin

Oliver has said a few times recently that his attitude is to continue to build and de risk as if GMET will go it alone. If a potential JV partner knocks on the door then let's talk, but in the mean time the company isn't going out with a begging bowl, they'll just keep pushing forward. Hence my initial comment.

And frankley, donkey, OF is way more than just a geo! He's managed multiple teams and run his own company for several years around his geo skills. He moved to the UK to expand his skill set working with finance guys like PJ and SW to skill up for his current role which he is absolutely smashing!!

Absolutely, but he's also a CEO who is recruiting people who do have the right skill sets. It's not like he's doing it all himself is it!?!

It really wouldn't surprise me to see Oliver going it alone. The backing is there, Tempiute could/should be a rapid route into production and then it's a whole new ball game

I'm seeing it as a bit of a moonshot to be honest. However, when LTH sentiment is rock bottom is quite often the perfect entry point. I've been watching in the shadows for some time now and feel a punt is worth it.

I've been watching on the sidelines for a while and decided to take some GMET profits and join here today, the £1500 at 15p is my first tranche, planning on a little more after 3pm. Just want the US market to open and digest GMET's news before doing the same in my SIPP as I just did in my ISA.

If the cash flow concerns are addressed here I see I major move as the SP's been decimated over the last few months.

I disagree Pete, you're talking like POW is a pureplay explorer and its not. TOM (TRAY) Talks tirelessly about building balance sheet which is what Sean's all about. Get someone else to pay to spin the drill and sit back.

And Mcap is a direct correlation to SP assum8ng no dilution, not quite sure where you're going with that statement about PI's not worried about MCap but just SP, they're directly related if no more shares are issued, no?

Absolutely, it's hardly a dilution issue with that volume but if OF did a raise at a premium of 30p, we would be hailing him as a genius.

Nothing to pay back Pete, that's an earn in to what were 100% owned POW assets. POW now own 30% of UCAM housing all the U assets, ACAM own 70% of UCAM

Jack (who would have been CEO of UEE) is heading up the exploration program using the money ACAM invested. We now get a 30% exposure to a 10mill exploration program which we would have either had to fund from POW resources or the money raised by floating UEE, which would have been way less than 10m. It's a fantastic deal for POW share holders IMO. I completely agree, the market has completely missed this!
